The regulatory affairs capabilities of Chanh Duc include:

• Preparation of new dossiers in e-CTD format.

• Preparation of new DMFs.

• Submission and follow-up on dossiers, both national and European.

Medical visitors and Sale force: Ardent staffs to achieve the highest market share

• Having a well-trained Medical Sales Force of 40 people who all hold a degree of medical doctor, pharmacist, or pharmaceutical certificates

• Visiting GPs, hospitals, clinics to present the products and attract orders or purchases.

• Selectively distributing sales force in more than 20 provinces

• Targeting key clients

Logistic: Full service from the airport to the customer:

• Processing orders from customers and controlling the stock

• Planning for inventories and ordering dispatches in coordination with the accounting department

• Handling goods from the custom to the warehouse and from the warehouse to the customer.
